As part of the Chronic Illness Bloggers, I have the opportunity to engage with some amazing bloggers in the mental health and chronic physical illness world. It’s truly an honor to be apart of making a difference in the lives of each other and countless survivors around the world.

Over the last couple of months I’ve been enjoying reading the Living Grace Blog, which was founded by Kami. Her story of living with Lyme disease, and how that affects her depression, is something she is very candid and open about it.

Her faith, family, writing, and being out in nature are all integral parts of her healing journey and drive to keep moving forward while inspiring others.

I’ve had the honor of speaking to her on phone a few times and conversing back and forth via email and twitter, which resulted in the podcast I’m about to share with you.  While our stories are different in some respects, we both found out that our struggles are quite similar in many ways too.

In this episode of Surviving My Podcast we discuss how she got started with her blog,  her daily struggles with Lyme disease, Anxiety, and Depression, and how much her husband’s support means to her.

I hope you’ll enjoy this show and I definitely encourage you to subscribe to Kami’s blog and follow her on social media.
